Mashed Gold Potatoes

From Anne’s kitchen

5 large gold potatoes (peeled or unpeeled your choice)
4 TBL of butter
¼ cup milk (more if needed)
¼ cup sour cream (more if needed)
salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes in water until fork soft. Drain and mash then add remaining ingredients to desired consistency.
