Watermelon and Feta Salad

Try this unusual combination for a real taste treat.

3 cups 2-inch chunks watermelon, seeded
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Coarsely ground black pepper
½ teaspoon hot pepper flakes (optional)

Toss melon and feta in a large bowl with a few generous grindings of black pepper. For more zing, add red pepper flakes.
