Ingredients:
- 1 pound carrots
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 TB extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Fill the bottom of the steamer with 2 inches of water. While steam is building up in steamer, cut carrots into 1/4 inch slice. Steam carrots for 5 minutes. Combine mustard, honey, and olive oil. Remove carrots from heat and toss with honey mustard mixture.
